Grant applications are now open!

If you have a project idea ready to go and are in need of funding support, check out these valuable annual 2026-27 Council grant streams, now open for applications until 3 May 2026:

Community Funding Scheme: Supports a range of exciting projects that involve cultural and community development activities, enhancing the effectiveness of local community groups, supporting local environmental priorities, and enhancing community places and infrastructure.

Events and Festivals Grant Program: Provides funding to local events and festivals across the shire that provide significant social and economic benefits, both for businesses and the community more broadly.

Environment Group Grants: Aims to support groups with capacity building, weed control, and biolink enhancement to benefit the community and natural environment of the Macedon Ranges.

Community Climate Action Grants: Supports groups to develop, implement and evaluate climate actions projects that work towards reducing community greenhouse gas emissions and/or work towards greater community resilience to adapt to climate change.
