The Malmsbury Town Hall is a civic building constructed in 1868 complete with all its heritage charm, forms a local landmark on the boundary of the Malmsbury Botanical Gardens. The large hall seats approximately 140 people. Available to hire for weddings, meetings, performances and community events. Includes a brand new commercial kitchen.

        • To hire a hall all hirers must have $20 million Public Liability Insurance cover. A copy of the certificate of currency must be provided by the hirer. Booking officer can arrange Public Liability Insurance coverage for individuals or non-profit community organisations through Council for a fee subject to Council insurers’ approval.

    • 5. Child safety standards

        • The Victorian Government Child Safe Standards applies to all employees and volunteers of Council and seeks compliance with the Child Safe Standards by contractors, council funded organisations and users of council facilities. Therefore any community group using or leasing a council owned or managed facility such as this hall herewith agrees to comply with the child safe standards.
